Bible Meditations For Palm Sunday

I am ever thankful for all of God's gifts which include palm trees. Here are the  blessings of Bible  verses for  meditation on Palm Sunday:

Prosper like a Palm Tree

But his delight is in the law of the Lord,

and on his law he meditates day and night.

He is like a tree planted by streams of water,

which yields its fruit in season

and whose  leaf does not wither.

Whatever he does prospers.

The Righteous Are Like a Palm Tree

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree,

they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon,

planted in the house of the Lord,

they will flourish in the courts of our God.

They will still bear fruit in old age,

they will stay fresh and green,

 proclaiming, “The Lord is upright;

 he is my Rock, and there is no

 wickedness in him.”

Bible Psalm 92:12-15





Why We Love God

Your stature is like that of the palm,

and your breasts like clusters of

fruit.

I said, “I will climb the palm tree,

I will take hold of its fruit.”

May your breasts be like the clusters
 of the vine,

the fragrance of your breath like
 apples,

and your mouth like the best wine.

Bible Song of Songs 7:7-9

With God There Is No Fear And No Worry

“But blessed is the man who trusts in

the Lord,

whose confidence is in him.

He will be like a tree planted by the
 water

that sends out its roots by the
 stream.

It does not fear when heat comes;

its leaves are always green.

It has no worries in a year of drought

and never fails to bear fruit.”

Bible Jeremiah 17:7-8

Jesus Told Us Not To Fear and Don't Worry

The next day the great crowd that had come for the Feast heard that Jesus was on his was on his way to Jerusalem.  They took palm branches and went out to meet him, shouting

“Hosanna!”

Blessed is he who comes in the name of the Lord!”

“Blessed is the King of Israel!”
